Why Us?...

InvestPH.com was founded early in the year 2001 by three inspired young entrepreneurs based in Cebu City who saw the need for balikbayans, OCWs, or any other person outside the Philippines to find out where they can invest their money back "home".

We created this site to help YOU have more options in choosing the best property you could have. For agents, realtors and owners of properties, this site is also for you to broadcast your properties to the whole world at no cost.

Finally, another reason why to choose us is that we are not affiliated with any Real Estate agency - this means that we are not biased to any specific property, development site or developer. Affiliates are free to post listings and brokerages without any fear of us usurping them of their proper dues or being biased towards other organizations.

Why Invest in the Philippines?...

A lot of our kababayans are out there earning a lot of money but the problem is, they also spend a lot of money. If they earn dollars, they also spend in dollars - making the value of money seem less than it should! But if you earn in dollars and spend in Philipine Pesos, then that's a totally different thing... your money goes a much longer way because of the exchange rates and the "value" of the dollar.

For non-Filipino citizens, you may also invest but you cannot completely "own" the property since there are laws that prohibit your from owning it 100%. If you have a wife/husband or a close friend though, they may be the conduit for you to acquire property in the Philippines.

Why Real-Estate?...

In this unique situation we have right now, we saw a potential for buyers investing in the Real-Estate market. Investing in Real-Estate (instead of stock or a traditional business) has several advantages - the best being:

1) It's a good asset to have since it usually "never" depreciates (at least over the past 50 years or so. In fact, many properties have had their values increase 2x, 3x, 10x, even 50x in the past 20 years!)
2) It's a solid, tangible investment which you can use whenever you decide to get back and
3) It's relatively cheaper to buy property here than anywhere else. This is especially true for beach lots (The Philippines has over 7,100 islands, there is sure to be a coastline which has your perfect beach property!)

Why this Website ?...

With this in mind, we conceptualized InvestPH.com with a focus on Real-Estate investments as a starting point. Since we know that most of our potential clients are not tech-savvy or computer wizards, we have also made it as easy as possible to use our site. It is so easy to search for your "perfect" investment and we will give you all the information and tools necessary to acquire it.

We also know that a lot of buyers have no idea on how to purchase or go through the process of acquiring property... We can also help you with this and we are there to help out in any way we can. We keep close contact with our agents and buyers in order for transactions to work smoothly and without hitches. We also hate problems as much as you do and we would like to minimize this as much as we can (real-estate people can sometimes be a bit unprofessional and greedy, unfortunately).
