1. How can I contact InvestPH ?

2. What role does InvestPH have in all of this ?

Simply put, we act like an Online Marketing agent/broker for your Philippine Real estate needs. We actively promote this site (and therefore all the listings and brokerages listed) to several Philippine and international search engines and directories (like Google and Yahoo and Yehey).

If you are selling an item (like a property, house, etc), we act as your agent or broker in trying to sell your item. We find the leads, we answer simple questions from potential buyers and pass them on to you for you to close the deal. We also provide you the means of adding your own item(s) to be published on our site. If you are a broker, you can add all your listings if you want.

If you are buying an item, then we offer you the easiest way to search for the best item you are looking for. We have our unique "Buyer's Wizard" that allows you to narrow down to a specific item you are interested in by your budget, the item's location and other features. We just don't list items like other sites, we give you all the tools to find what items you want easily!

Listings can come from anywhere in the Country... from Luzon to Mindanao and in all major cities including Manila, Cebu, Davao, Baguio, Bohol and more.

Buyer's Questions:

1. How many listings do you have right now ? Are they accurate ?

The number of listings available on our site varies a lot because it depends on the Agents who add and remove their listings on their own time. It is also as accurate as what the Agents enter (we do check from time to time if there are any listings that are invalid or are unclear and notify the Agent of such). Please read our Disclaimer and Visitor's Agreement Page for the details on the relationship between InvestPH, the Buyers and the Agents.

2. Are the prices shown still negotiable ?

If you click on the item details, you will see a note whether the price is negotiable or not. Usually though, they are negotiable. :)

3. How can I ask for more information about the item I am interested in ?

You can click on the "More" or Inquire button. A page will appear where you can enter your question about the property. An email will then be sent automatically to the Affiliate in charge of the listing and InvestPH as necessary.

4. I want to purchase now! How do I go about it?

The easiest way is to notify your intention of purchasing an item by clicking on the "Purchase" button in the Item details page and filling out your buyer information.

Doing this will notify InvestPH and the responsible affiliate of your intention and they will contact you as soon as possible. If you have problems contacting the affiliate (i.e. email bounces or no replies from the affiliate within a reasonable amount of time), please contact us at info@investph.com so we can give you more information about how to contact the affiliate directly.

5. What are the numbers shown in parenthesis after an affiliate's name?

These numbers are the ratings that InvestPH buyers/users have given them. The first number is their average user rating which ranges from 0 (bad) to 5 (excellent). The second number is the total number of user ratings they have been given.

So, for example, if the value is "(4:7)", it means that the affiliate has an average rating of "4" (which is good) from a total of "7" users.

Buyers and users of InvestPH are encouraged to rate affiliates in honestly and objectively based on the Affiliate's performance regarding your requests (i.e. answers on time, places correct data on their listings, follows up your request, is happy to help you, etc.)

Seller's/Affiliate's Questions:

1. I am not a Real-Estate Agent or Broker, can I still add my own listing ?

Yes you can! We do require that you register yourself first so that we may be able to contact you in case someone is interested in your item. You have to make sure though that you have the authority to sell the item you are listing (i.e. you are the owner or you have a contract with the owner to sell his/her item)

2. Do I need to pay you if the item is sold through InvestPH ?

As of January 2006, we have stopped our original rule of having to pay InvestPH a "finder's fee". In other words, post all you can for free! The more listings you have, the better. We would appreciate it though if you could spread the word to your friends and colleagues about our site. If you have a website or mailing list or even your calling card, please place our URL (www.investph.com) on it for us.

3. What happens if I close the deal and am able to sell the item through your site ?

Once this happens, you will need to inform us of the sale by emailing us at info@investph.com as we would also like to know how well our site is doing. I'm sure you would also like to tell us of your good fortune. :)

Note that as of January 2006, we do not require a finder's fee to be paid to us but any donation you could give would be a big help in keeping this site up and running for free!

Remember to treat this website as your site! Spread the word (and your listings) to all your friends!

4. I want to have a special listing or deal with you, how can I arrange this?

We welcome any special deals or arrangements with you (i.e. if you are a broker/realtor). Please e-mail us at info@investph.com with your proposal and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Priority Listings: Interested in more buyers? Prioritize your Property!...

Our Priority Listings usually have twice as many views - and buyers compared to our normal listings. (You can see this by viewing the statistics for these items). This means more chances of selling your property in the least amount of time.

If you'd like to have a special listing on the front of our site in a "priority box" (main page), our rate is only $10 (P500) per month - for a full 30 days. Your listing would be viewable to every person who visits our site during that period and it is prominently displayed on our main page with its own eye-catching view box.

You may also opt for our "priority item" list which is always found on our main page. We only accept a maximum of 4 items on this special priority list and the cost is only $5 (P250)/month (full 30 days).

In addition to this, as our way of saying "thank you", your priority items will also be ranked at the very top of any relevant search a buyer may have entered!

Please note that we do not guarantee a sale or closed deal with these listings. This will depend on your skill in selling your property as well as your property itself. What we do guarantee is that you will get maximum exposure from the hundreds of interested potential buyers that visit our site every month.

Other Questions:

1. What is a PHL-ID?

A PHL-ID stands for "PHilippine Listing ID". It is similar to an MLS number in the U.S. and is essentially a unique number for a specific property that is listed on our site. It is composed of 6-digits (such as "012345").

This makes it easier for buyers to search for a specific property if a seller has listed his property on the site and gives the buyer the PHL-ID. All the buyer needs to do is to enter the ID on the space provided and the specific property's details will be shown. Easy!

2. What is an InvestPH Affiliate?

An "Affiliate" is simply a person or organization that has registered with InvestPH to be able to list/sell properties on the InvestPH website.

Affiliates can be single persons or companies, or can be the sellers/property owners themselves, real estate agents/brokers and/or Realtors(R). You can find out more about the affiliate by viewing them through their affiliate codes or through their listings (part of their information is found in their propery listings near the bottom of the page)

Affiliates are independent of InvestPH and are not employed or contracted by InvestPH. The only working relationship is that InvestPH lists their properties on the website. If you need to know more about the properties that affiliates list, then you will need to contact the affiliates directly.
